When will I see my points on my account?
It may take up to 48 hours for your points to be applied to your account. Items that are purchased on back order won't have their points reflected until they ship to you.

Where will my reward be sent?
Reward certificates will be automatically mailed on your monthly billing statement. If you previously would not have received in a statement in the month you earned your reward - no worries you'll still receive a statement even though you won't have a balance due.
How long is my reward valid for?
90 days from the day it was issued.
How do I use my reward certificate?
Use online by entering the certificate number, starting with "RW" at checkout in the "Rewards Certificate" field or by giving the certificate number when placing your order over the phone.
Can my reward be used at other FULLBEAUTY Brands?
Yes, you can use your rewards at all participating FULLBEAUTY Brands websites, including Woman Within, Jessica London, Roaman’s, KingSize, BrylaneHome, Swimsuits For All, OneStopPlus, Catherines, Ellos, FullBeauty Outlet, Intimates For All, Shoes For All, Eloquii and Cuup.

My reward certificate was only for $50 but I should have received more, where's the rest?
The current maximum Reward Level is 1,000 Points (1,000 Points = $50 Reward Certificate) per billing cycle. You'll receive the balance of your reward on your next statement.
Will I still receive a Birthday offer?
Offer will be received during your birthday month. Must have valid email address and U.S. mailing address. Accounts that opened in your birthday month or in the previous month will receive the offer for the birthday benefit during your birthday month the following calendar year. Account must not be in default.
Can I have multiple FULLBEAUTY Brand credit cards?
Yes. Remember you earn points for purchases at any of our FULLBEAUTY Brands websites, including Woman Within, Jessica London, Roaman’s, KingSize, BrylaneHome, Swimsuits For All, OneStopPlus, Catherines, Ellos, FullBeauty Outlet, Intimates For All, Shoes For All, Eloquii and Cuup.

If you have a KingSize® Platinum Credit Card or any of the FULLBEAUTY Brands™ Credit Cards, you now have access to view your information online by going to the appropriate website operated by Comenity Bank, the credit card issuer. (Since it isn't operated by FULLBEAUTY Brands, it will require a separate login) You can pay your bill online, check your account status, update your personal information, add authorized buyers to your account, request a card upgrade and request a credit limit increase. It's all so easy!
